I focus on designing and executing systems-driven growth strategies & team building. My approach and process has resulted in:
- Raising $10M+ in funding (from VCs, grants and more)
- Driving millions of downloads across multiple products
- Driving 4x YoY revenue growth
- Involved in 2 mergers & acquisitions
- Building & managing brand relationships with companies like Starbucks, Redbull, Viacom (MTV), Universal Studios, Sony Music, Major League Baseball (MLB) & more

MY PASSION / FOCUS
I’m passionate about so many fascinating, interconnected business topics - that it’s sometimes hard to separate them.
The best way (that I’ve found) to start talking about how just some of these topics interconnect - like business design, systems thinking, business models, innovation, growth, strategy, product thinking, leadership and more - is instead ask a seemingly simple question:
how does a company (continually) create enough value to enable & sustain growth?
I try to answer this question through my own experience - and by studying the experience of others. I love to study, dissect, analyze and synthesize breakthrough businesses to understand how they’ve evolved over time - and what key steps they’ve taken at each milestone.

I very occasionally send out an email recapping some thoughts, learnings and ideas typically centred around a thesis & approach I call being “FUTURENATIVE”.
In short, the thesis is about finding a unique way to leverage apparent tensions and blend both discovery & execution work, in order to unlock massive impact.
